  2. It is printed on filmOnce approved, the design is printed on suitable special film or paper, keeping the colors and fine detail.
  3. It is embedded in epoxy resinThe printed artwork is placed inside epoxy resin, protected beneath a clear resin layer.
  4. It is shaped and polishedAfter the resin has cured, the handle is shaped, sanded and polished to a smooth, glossy finish.

What to send us

To prepare an accurate manufacturing quotation, please include:

  1. A clear photograph or drawing of your preferred knife design
  2. Overall length, blade length, blade thickness and handle dimensions
  3. Preferred blade steel and finish
  4. Handle material, color and design
  5. Leather sheath design and customization requirements
  6. Logo or engraving artwork, if required
  7. Required order quantity

Once we review your requirements, we evaluate the design and send a quotation based on the specifications and production quantity.
